FW: Lightning News Flash

Throughout the season pictures have been taken by Sandy and Clif. Below is the link to view all the photos and download the ones you'd like to have. The album will be removed from the site at the end of September, so don't delay viewing and downloading.

Just to eliminate some frustration, I have a few pointers for downloading the photos to pass along:

1) Don't click on the "slideshow" link in the upper right corner, as there is no provision to download photos while in slideshow mode.

2) Instead, I would recommend clicking on one of the photos, which then gives you hot spots on the left/right/top of the photo for navigating the album, and you can download any displayed photo by clicking the download icon below the lower left corner of the the picture.

3) If you do go into slideshow mode, you can go back to web page mode by clicking the left arrow in the upper left corner.

I missed a Board member on the previous list and a greatly apologize!!

What a terrific job today from swimmers and parent volunteers!! We finished 5th overall in the Division.

Sunday is the celebration of a great season. A-M should bring a side dish to share, N-Z bring dessert. Everyone should bring drinks for their family. Chairs and folding tables aren't a bad idea. The fun starts at 5:00pm, North pool.
**if you will not be present, ask someone to collect any awards your child receives.The Board thanks you!!

We still have Board positions available. Elections will be held as part of Sunday's event. Currently Sandy Turman, and Shari Denecke have nominated themselves to serve on the Board. Who will join them??

Ok, this is it FINALS!!!!

Here's the run down:
Parking is to the right as you face the building (between the ball fields and playground) - if you park on the street be mindful of "No Parking" signs. DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. Team areas are out back (so no need to go through the building). Parking at Parkside Elementary is always an option.

1st session workers check in with Linda Catullo

• Workers for set up need to be there by 6:00am
• Workers for heat sheet and T-shirt sales need to be there by 6:45am

Swimmers 10 and under (swimming 25yds)

• need to be at the Spotsy YMCA at 6:30am to check in
• warm ups at 7:00am
• meet starts at 8:15am

Swimmers 11 and up (swimming 50yds+)

• need to be at the Spotsy YMCA at 10:30am to check in
• warm ups at 11:10am
• meet starts at 11:45am

2nd / 3rd Session workers need to check in with Vickie Wilkinson

All officials - timers, stroke and turn, and referees are reminded that excessive cheering can interfere with the job we are doing (or someone else doing their job). We are asked to be mindful of this.
