Lee’s Hill Lightning Families,

 

Good Evening! Just came from the pool after Tuesday night’s Stroke/Turn and Start clinic.

 

Looks like all the Lightning Swimmers are raring to go!

 

The Team T-Shirts are in!!  The look really great!! Approximately 30 were distributed this morning, and tomorrow morning Nikki and Tammy will be at the pool to continue to get the shirts to all the swimmers.

 

We are not selling the extra shirts yet.  But there will be some available for $10.00 each in the near future. It is important to pick up your team t-shirt as soon as possible.

 

We are planning on taking the team photo a week from tomorrow, July 9th at the next home meet.

 

Here is some information for tomorrow night’s AWAY meet at College Heights:

 

Coach Jay would like everyone at the pool by 4:30 PM to check in and get ready for warm ups.

 

I will also be there to check in all the volunteers.

 

I know all the swimmers are practicing hard.  Cannot wait to hear all the cheering, and watch our Lightning swimmers!

 

Directions from the RSL Website:

 

COLLEGE HEIGHTS - 4 LANE, 25 METER POOL
604 Greenbrier Drive
Fredericksburg, VA 22401

DIRECTIONS: Starting from I-95 at Route 3, proceed on Route 3 east. Pass under the Route 1 overpass and go right at 1st traffic light onto Greenbrier Drive. Stay on Greenbrier Drive for about 1/4 mi and pool is on the left. Vehicles parked roadside on Greenbrier Drive past the pool entrance and on the same side as the pool will be TOWED AWAY. It's best to park prior to Pool entrance.

 

Please take note of the TOW AWAY ZONES!! Do not park past the pool entrance or in the apartment complex.
