Greetings everyone,

First, I apologize the last News Flash, I forgot to send out "bcc". I have to click off to the top of the page to get the "bcc" line and I forgot. I do try to minimize sharing everyone's email, please forgive me when I slip and forget.

Second, Mock Meet information:
       1. Sign up for jobs is set up on www.mysignup.com; at the bottom of the page on the left (scroll down) enter leehillswims@yahoo.com as the email of the person who set it up. Click the link for the Mock meet (and any others if you haven't signed up for 6 halves).

       2. Swimmers should be at the pool between 6:45 - 7am, Saturday morning. The meet will start at 7:30am

Third, miss meet forms are available on the web site and in "the Box" at the pool. Please be sure to notify Coach Jay in advance if your child will miss a meet. They plan the meet on Monday evening, so in advance is by the end of the evening clinic the Monday before the meet.

Remember most information is available on the web site, please check there first for timely answers to your questions.

Greetings everyone,

Schools out (for almost everyone) and that means morning practice begins tomorrow!!

(June 13 to August 5 ) 7:30 to 10:00 am
8 and under age groups:	9:20 to 9:55 am
9-12 ages group	8:30 to 9:20 am
13 and up age groups:	7:30 to 8:30 am**

Evening Clinics Begin tomorrow too. The coaches will let your child know if they should attend. The clinics will work on specific strokes, starts and turns and are geared to provide more instruction to swimmers to help improve their strokes. These evening clinics are not a substitute for morning practice.

The Mock Meet is this Saturday, June 18th at 7:30am. We'll need parents to volunteer for jobs, this is a great opportunity to practice the job you will do during the season.

We are seeking parents to be part of our Finals Committee to help organize our hosting Finals at the Spotsy YMCA. Please contact me or any Board member if you are willing to help. This will be a big money maker for the team.

If you no longer have a swimmer on the team and would like to be removed from the emails, let me know. Also, if you know someone that has joined the team, but isn't getting these emails have them contact me.

Greetings everyone,

I was asked to pass this information along.

Are you in need of a team swim suit? They are still available, please contact Jennifer at 262-339-8001 or email her at runkfamily@yahoo.com, she will arrange a time to meet you at the pool. We will keep the suits through 6/20/11 which is after the mock meet, at that time we will be sending them back so please get with Jennifer before this date.

Do not forget we have spirit ware on sale also (caps,towels, tee shirts,magnets for your car to show your support for the Lee's Hill Swim team!) They will be sold at the home meets to purchase if you want any of these items prior to the meets let Jennifer know also and she can setup a time to meet at the pool during a morning session. Thanks and God Bless

We are into our second week of evening practice!! A few items to bring to your attention:

1. Parent meeting  - this Thursday, June 9th at 6:00pm. This will be held at the North pool during practice.

2. Swim suits are available through this weekend. Contact Jennifer Runk to coordinate - runkfamily@yahoo.com. We will have them Thursday evening at the parent meeting.

3. We are looking for a lead person for setting up for our Mock meet on Saturday, June 18th.

4. There are 3 more RSL Officials Training sessions, please consider attending one to become a trained official.
                             June 8
             Leeland Station, 6:30pm
                       June 11
               Salem Fields, 9:00am
                      June 14
              Hopyard Farm, 6:30pm

5. Finally, it is NOT too late to register for the team, but the deadline is fast approaching. On that note, if you will no longer have a swimmer on the team and would like to be removed for the emails, please let me know.

6. Okay, now finally (really) - to sign up for jobs: www.mysignup.com; go to scroll down to bottom left of page, where it says "email of person that set up the sign ups" enter - leehillswims@yahoo.com; this will take you to a page with a list of the swim meets with a link to each meets sign ups.
