Lee's Hill Lightning News - FINAL HOME MEET - MONDAY NIGHT - HELP NEEDED - PICTURE NIGHT

Lee’s Hill Lighting Families,

 

Hopefully the weather is going to cooperate on Monday! But it is going to be HOT!

 

Parents – please feel free to wear a bathing suit!  I really think a 5 minute adult cool down swim might be in order

 

I AM IN NEED OF A LOT OF VOLUNTEERS!!

 

There are a lot of our Trained Officials that have already worked there six sessions! But I still need your help for this last HOME meet.

Everyone – please say a big THANKS to ALL of our Trained Officials!! They not only took the time to get RSL trained – but as you can see – as the season comes to a close they need to work extra sessions just to be able to hold the meet.

Please think about RSL training for a position next year.  Many hands make light work.

We also have other families who have worked well above their requirements!  SO if you are going to have a child swimming on Monday, and have not worked your six – please sign up ASAP.

This is the time to fulfill your volunteer obligation of 3 full meets or 6 half meets.

I hope everyone is excited about our last HOME meet on MONDAY NIGHT! It is against the Lake of the Woods Barracudas!!

 

Here is the schedule for Monday night:

 

We start set up and the pool closes at 4:00 PM

MONDAY NIGHT IS TEAM PICTURE NIGHT!!!

All swimmers should wear their new team shirts for the picture! We will set up exactly as we did at the last home meet!

Our Swimmers should all arrive by 4:00 PM.  Be prompt!

Your swimmers must check in with the coaches by 4:45 PM, or they will be scratched from the meet.

4:45 PM – 5:15 Home Team Warms Up

Visiting team arrives between 4:30 – 5:00 PM

5:20 PM – 5:50 Away Team Warms Up

5:30 PM – Timers for the first and second half of the meet - please report to the concessions area for a meeting with the Head Timer.

5:30 PM – Stroke and Turn Judges and Runners please report to the Starter Tent area for a meeting with the Referee.

5:50 PM – Swimmers for events 1-4 report please report to the Clerk of Course.

National Anthem at 5:55 PM

Start Meet Promptly at 6:00 PM
