Four things:
1. Below is the information you need to sign up for jobs. If you have any problems/questions email Cathy Chamberlain - olearychamberlain@gmail.com
2. We need two people to be trained as Clerk of Course - this way you can split the 6 meets. Please let me know if you are willing to take this job.
3. We need people to train as Starter, Referee/Stroke and Turn, Head timer and Head Scorer.   

TRAINING SCHEDULE: (I'm planning to go to the June 2nd at Hampton Roads, if anyone wants to ride along)

Thursday May 31 Country Club 6:30-8:30
Saturday June 2 Hampton Oaks 9:00-11:00
Wednesday June 6 Spotsy Y 6:30 - 8:30
Saturday June 9 Hopyard Farms 9:00 - 11:00
 Thursday June 14 Salem Fields 6:00 - 8:00

4. Practice has started, so parents need to begin to learn about the various Board positions. We have at least three Board members whose terms are up at the end of the season, we will need parents to step-up.

Here are the directions to have families to sign up for jobs at the meet. if you could blast this out to families i would appreciate it.

Go to Mysignup.com

under New Register or user Login:  Your Email 

Password: your password

press login

At the top of page click on "Search for Sign up"

In the box provided enter: leehillswims@yahoo.com

click on any of the teams and then click on the job you want. it will say "I'll do it"

fill in your name, email, phone and password to undo the job.

You have to sign up for 6 halves or 3 full meets.

mock meet does not count as part of the requirements. But it is a good way to practice your position.
