re: Lightning News Flash

The season is really getting started!! So here are a few reminders, information, etc that you may find helpful.

1. Morning practices begin on Monday June 11th! I've attached the "refrigerator model" it has been corrected (the last meet is Monday July 23rd)
2. If your swimmer(s) will miss a meet, please complete the attached "Missed Meet" form and turn into Coach Jay no later than three days prior to the meet that will be missed. This form is available on the website and in "the box"
3. Saturday June 16th is the Mock meet, this is a morning meet so report time is :

• Sports Fair will be at the Mock meet to sell the new team suit
• If you won't be at the Mock meet - there will be order forms in the front of "the box" - Jennifer will get these and place your order for you to pick up and pay for when you return

4. Fundraiser - at Salsarita's on June 16th from 1p - 4p (after the Mock meet); a copy of the flyer is attached, more will be available in "the box", please share with friends and family the more people we tell, the more will show up, the more money the team will make. Feel free to email it!!
5. We are still looking for someone (several people) to train as Clerk of Course. The efficiency of the clerk directly impacts the length of the meets, so it is our best interest to get a few people trained.
6. Another reminder that several of the Board members (myself included) are in our last year on the Board, please begin considering stepping up.
