Finals are here!!
Every family with a swimmer in Finals has signed up for at least one job, thank you. We have a few more jobs and I have had some people let me know to put them where needed. THANK YOU!!
FABULOUS NEW T-SHIRTS WERE HANDED OUT TO ALL THE SWIMMERS THIS MORNING - HAVE YOUR CHILD WEAR IT TOMORROW!!! If they weren't at practice they can pick up their shirt tomorrow at the meet. Ask when you check in with the Meet Director.
*Parents if you pre-ordered a shirt - check with Chris Hensen
Swimmers information: ( Check in with Coaches as soon as you arrive)
10 and Under:
6:15 report time
7:00 warm ups
8:15 start time
11 and older: (these times are approximate based on the timing of Session 1)
10:15 report time
11:00 warm ups
11:45 start time
Volunteers: Check in is at the GREEN card table near Concessions
Session 1 - Check in with Cathy as soon as you arrive
Session 2 and 3 - Check in with Stacy as soon as you arrive
*I've let Cathy and Stacy know if you told me you could help if needed, but ASK.
Award Banquet is Sunday evening, 5:00pm. Each family should bring a side dish to share and drinks for your family. Table/chairs are, also, a good idea.
Still openings for the Board!! Talk to one of us if you are interested or have questions.
