Lee's Hill Lightning News - Tonight's Meet Against College Heights - 5:00 PM Start Time

Lee’s Hill Lightning Families,

We got an e-mail from the College Heights RSL Rep, and I spoke with him at last night’s RSL Meeting.

Coach Claire would still like everyone to arrive early so we can all get checked in!

I was pretty close on the timeline.

Swimmers – remember to check in!

Good Information on where to park, and about overflow parking at the Armory.

I still need some help in the Scoring Room tonight! Data Circlers and Awards Clerks

Please sign up if you can help!

Good Luck tonight Swimmers!  Have fun!!

See you at the pool!

Go Lightning!

Bob

E-mail from the College Heights RSL Representative:

You may remember that because we are a 4 lane pool (which means 3 heats per event instead of 2), we have to start early in order to get all our events in by the noise cutoff for the neighborhood. Our meets start at 5pm and are done by 10pm. We start getting nervous after 9:30 ;)

We will take the first warmup at 4, so your team should be able to get in the water at 4:25 (maybe 4:30 depending on staying on schedule).

Google maps lists our address as 250 Greenbrier Ct. Officially it is 250 Greenbrier Dr. From Lee's Hill, take Rt 1 North to Rt 3 East. Turn right at the first traffic light. Greenbrier Drive curves to the left, and our pool is the first building on the left. Parking before the pool entrance is permitted on both sides of the street. Parking after the pool entrance including the parking spaces and street parking is restricted and may result in cars being towed by the apartment complex's towing company.

There is overflow parking reached by veering right on Greenbrier toward the National Guard armory. They have a back lot which we can use for a short walk to the pool.

Once in the gate, your team is welcome to set up on the left side of the pool. We will set up our deck chairs to be the first row or two closest to the pool, but some of your folks (and our folks) will need their own chairs. We will have concessions.
