Directions: From I95 take Exit 130B and head east on Plank Road/VA-3 for 3.8 miles;
Merge right to Kings Highway/VA-3 for 19.2 miles. Pass through King George Courthouse area, go past stoplight at intersection with Rt. 205, proceed ¼ mile, turn left on Mount Rose Drive, after 1 block take next left (un-named road) then left into YMCA parking lot and YMCA will be on right. Follow directions for parking.

(Note for finals: Coaches and RSL Rep parking will be to the left side of the building, parking pass required; KG YMCA patron parking will be directly in front of the main entrance; swimmer drop off will be to the right of the main entrance and swimmers will follow sidewalk directly into the gym.
