All our swimmers have been working very hard getting ready for the season!
Reminder – tomorrow night is the Mock Meet. For new families and swimmers – the Mock Meet is a chance to see how a meet is run at a slower pace with just out team. The Mock Meet is a the time to ask questions before our first Exhibition meet next week.
Remember – a successful mock meet helps us towards having a successful season.
Mock Meet Set Up starts at 4:00 PM
Swimmers are to be at the pool by 4:30 PM for warm ups
Parent Meeting at 5:00 PM
Meet Begins at conclusion of parent meeting.
Meet should be finished around or before 8:00 PM
There are still a few position I need help with – I know we will be fine as we have the best volunteers in the RSL – just let me know tomorrow if you can help!
I know the Clerk of Course is going to need some extra help getting the new swimmer organized and with runners to run card to timers.
I am attaching a training presentation for Lane Timers. I put this together a few years ago as a reminder of how important the Lane Timers job is.
