Great Job tonight!! Congratulations to all the swimmers. Every year I also like to say “way to go” to all the new swimmers that took that very first leap into the pool for their first race!!
A Huge THANK YOU to all the volunteers! You second half folks got lucky! I always say we have the best volunteers – everyone always steps up when I need help.
Lastly – Great Job Coaches!! I think we ALL learned a lot tonight with regard to computer seeding.
Because meets usually run till about 9:30 – 10:00 PM depending on weather delays – the Thursday Morning Practice times are adjusted to start the first practice 30 minutes later – with a few minutes cut off each practice.
The Head Coach would like swimmers to come to this fun practice to get some of the lactic acid out of their muscles and have some fun.
The Head Coach will also take out some time to give out ribbons and talk about the meet.
The adjusted practice schedule for the day after a meet is:
8:00 – 8:50 13 year old and up
8:50 – 9:35 9-12 year old
9:35 – 10:00 8 year old and under
